  • Preparation of a search profile: key rsponsibilities incl. reporting lines; together with the client; Bestätigung durch den Mandanten
  • Direct search for candidats in identified companies
  • Screening of potential candidates from an overall pool
  • Screening of internal and external data bases
  • Analysis and evaluation of resumes of candidates
  • Extensive interviews with candidats
  • Definition of a selection list of candidats
  • Presentation of potential candidats to the client
  • Utilisation of optional up to date evaluation methods (e. g. Assessment Center)
  • Support for final negotiations of contracts
  • On-going support for both sides throughout the probation period
