- Briefing of the responsible contact persons of Accenta Asia by the client
- Preparation of a search profile: key rsponsibilities incl. reporting lines; together with the client; Bestätigung durch den Mandanten
- Direct search for candidats in identified companies
- Screening of potential candidates from an overall pool
- Screening of internal and external data bases
- Analysis and evaluation of resumes of candidates
- Extensive interviews with candidats
- Definition of a selection list of candidats
- Presentation of potential candidats to the client
- Utilisation of optional up to date evaluation methods (e. g. Assessment Center)
- Support for final negotiations of contracts
- On-going support for both sides throughout the probation period
