Cross-cultural Coaching or "Training-on the-Job"

While our 1-2 day training sessions offer a good foundation for an assignment or business negoitiations in a different business culture, every day management of an overseas business can be complex and more challenging than expected.

Individual Coaching

We offer individual business guidance for international Managers. Within this programme we assist a co-worker to elaborate his or her own individual business action plans and we demonstarte alternatives a co-worker has not yet recognized.

Follow-up Coaching for Seminar Participants

As follow up on our training programs we offer participants coaching-on-the-job under "live" conditions. This consists of supporting executives regarding specific challenges they face in day to day management and helping them to identify and execute solutions.

Assistance is provided by phone or during face to face meetings in either Germany or Asia.
